Awards for Great Recruitment Consultants?

Inspired by my 'rant' in today's Recruiter Daily, in response to an article titled 'Surveys launched to gauge jobseeker experience', I asked myself the question, should we reward Great Recruitment Consultants or reprimand them for blowing their own trumpet?

With the launch of this years SARA's a website Evenitup!' claiming to be the voice of the jobseeker and promising to 'shift the balance for jobseekers' has launched it's own campaign 'The Even It Up! SEEK anti-SARA awards!, which asks readers to whinge about the industry and it's consultants. In this ever competitive market is it such a bad thing to let everyone know that you have been regarded as professional &/or competent in your sector, particularly when the award is nominated by our clients / candidates?

In this recruiters opinion, no - but I'm open to other opinions....

The launch of Temair Global

Welcome to my blog.....

Today I started the launch of my new business, Temair Global Consulting, this business has been in the pipeline for some time & I am delighted to now be able to tell everyone about it.

I plan to update my blog at least once a week and hope to bring a variety of topics to the table, these topics will come from my day to day experience in the dynamic and constantly changing Recruitment industry both locally and Internationally and also from news articles, other blogs and from other consultants.

This is a very exciting time both for me & for our industry!
